Straight Outta Compton 10 (Can I give this one an 11)?

Let’s start by saying that I’m not a fan of rap and cursing. There.

But…. I absolutely loved this movie. It just goes to show that some rappers (especially the older bunch) talked about what they really experienced. It wasn’t embellished like all the crap we have today. The acting was on point. Or should I say dope? Everything down to the minute details, the attitudes, the trials that they went through. There was laughter and tears, success and failure, broken relationships and mended hearts. Appearances of artists that you all know as well. It was an excellent compilation of a peek into a world that not many have seen. It’s interesting to see the background of people that we know now. Go see this one. You won’t regret it.

But there is one thing. This has a lot of history in it that isn’t fully explained so if you come out of it feeling confused, that’s okay. Go do some research. It’s an interesting story.
