Draft Day

Kevin Costner is getting old. And you can tell by his acting. I don’t know if it was just this movie or this is the end of his career but this movie was sub par as well. Hollywood give me something to work with!!! (Like Prisoners starring Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal or Dhoom 3 starring Aamir Khan). I am even less ¬†entertained by draft day than I am by an actual football game (or any sports game for that matter). Not only do I not know who is even being drafted, I don’t even know who the teams are. If ever there is a game I’ve watched, I just root for the winning team. The only jerseys I own are from softball teams I’ve played for over the years. It’s safe to say that I know little to nothing about football. Overall, the movie was a little intense but seemed more like a sappy romance novel that collided with a footballer’s dream. The movie overall seemed pointless (although if constructed better might have made a difference in my opinion).
